About us

Jenny

Jenny has over 20 years of invaluable experience working & managing in accounting, manufacturing, retail, hospitality and small business.  Jenny has vast knowledge in the areas of accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, purchasing & sales and accounting programmes. She has also managed payroll for up to 500 employees.

Jenny started this business in 2000 after seeing a great need for a bookkeeping service that offers excellence in service & understanding of how small business works. 

She also offers affordability and a commitment to sharing knowledge with business owners so that they have better financial control and understanding of their own business.

Since 2000 the business has grown substantially due to word of mouth referrals by both clients and accountants. As proof of this Jenny now manages a team of ten, each experts in their own field. 

All work is either completed or administered by her and most days she is out onsite managing accounts for her clients.

Annette - Yandina, Eumundi, Nambour, Ninderry, Woombye

Annette has brought to our team years of bookkeeping and office management knowledge.

Regular administration and co-ordination between clients, suppliers, employees and contractors has given Annette invaluable insight into administration and bookkeeping procedures.

Annette specialises in MYOB and is proficient in data entry, reconciliation, debtors/creditors, payroll, superannuation, compliance & BAS preparation.

Annette is currently completing Cert IV in Financial Services –Bookkeeping. Being friendly, proficient and an honest, open communicator, Annette makes an easy transition into any business.

Jacqueline - Noosa, Peregian, Coolum, Doonan, Maroochydore

Previously a manager for a large Australian Corporation, Jacqueline moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2000 for a sea change. Jacqueline has now focused on small business bookkeeping; specialising in both MYOB and QuickBooks.

One of Jacqueline’s interests is streamlining administration procedures and processes within an organisation, no matter how large or small, to improve efficiencies.

Jacqueline builds a strong rapport with Cando clients by providing valuable support along with an accurate, reliable, efficient and prompt bookkeeping service.

Karen - Bundaberg region

Karen has over 30 years of experience working with both manual and electronic bookkeeping systems. Proficient in the use of MYOB, Microsoft Excel as well as the industry related programs Financial Management System and Clubline Payroll.

Karen will help your business with data entry; reconciliation of accounts and bank statements; processing GST and quarterly BAS statements; processing and control of debtors and creditors ledgers; weekly payroll and monthly superannuation payments; preparation of accounts for annual taxation including entry of accrual journals and producing Payment Summaries for employees.

Karen brings great customer service and communication skills and would be a key part of any office environment. She is very flexible, easy going and committed to excellence in the workplace.

Manuela - Gympie, Cooran, Pomona, Curra, Cooroy

Manuela has over 15 years of office and accounting experience within large international organisations as well as small businesses, in Switzerland and Australia. She holds a Business Administration Diploma as well as a Certificate IV in Financial Services –Accounting.

She is proficient in MYOB, from day to day transactions; payroll; accounts receivable/payable; reconciliation; BAS; through to end of year reporting. Manuela is also conversant in office administration programmes, including Excel.

Manuela applies her experience to assist our clients with all aspects of their business bookkeeping. She is professional, friendly, outgoing, approachable and reliable.

Manuela looks after our clients in the Gympie, Cooran, Pomona, Curra and Cooroy areas.

Tom - Coolum, Peregian, Noosa, Marcoola, Maroochydore

Tom is proficient in both QuickBooks and MYOB Bookkeeping, with over 20 years experience in small to medium business administration.

Tom also has extensive knowledge of the tourism and catering industries, being also proficient with Maxial, Hotel Excel, Accommodation 1 & Micropay Payroll.

Tom is a hard working team player with excellent customer service skills.



Vicki - Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Buderim, Kawana

        

Vicki brings to our team 25 years of bookkeeping experience, within many diverse industries including; Retail, Importers, Construction, Accountancy, Marketing, Hospitality, Marina Management and much more.

Specialising in MYOB, she has gained vast experience in all facets of administration and bookkeeping over this period of time.

The Cando Accounts client base, which covers many different industry sectors, has great appeal for Vicki.

Vicki provides expert services covering troubleshooting, company set-up, end of year support, on-going maintenance, regular data entry and bookkeeping.

Vicki has a Diploma of Accounting and also is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
